Ingredients
- Mini Bagels: 10 mini bagels (plain or assorted)
- Cream Cheese Base: 200 g cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp Greek yogurt Salt and pepper, to taste
- Toppings (for colored rings): 2 tbsp finely chopped black olives (black ring) 2 tbsp finely chopped yellow bell pepper (yellow ring) 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill or chives (green ring) 2 tbsp finely diced tomatoes or roasted red peppers (red ring) 2 tbsp finely chopped purple cabbage (blue ring or use blue food coloring with cream cheese)
- Decoration: 10 small fresh basil leaves (for medals effect) Edible gold dust or sesame seeds (optional for medal shine)
Instructions
- Step 1:
