Ingredients
- All-purpose flour: 2 cups (250 g)
 - Granulated sugar: 1/4 cup (50 g)
 - Baking powder: 1 tbsp
 - Salt: 1/2 tsp
 - Ground cinnamon: 1 1/2 tsp
 - Honey: 1/3 cup (80 ml)
 - Cold unsalted butter, cubed: 1/2 cup (120 ml)
 - Whole milk or cream: 1/2 cup (120 ml)
 - Large egg, lightly beaten: 1
 - Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
 - Medium apple, peeled, cored, diced: 1 (about 150 g)
 - Honey (for drizzling): 1 tbsp (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat & prepare:
