# What You’ll Need:

→ Cheeses

01 - 8.8 oz mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese (for spreading and shaping)
03 - 2.8 oz black olives (for eyes and nose)

→ Fruits

04 - 2 large green apples
05 - 1 large pear (for the face base)
06 - 1 cup seedless green grapes
07 - 1 cup seedless red grapes
08 - 1 cup blueberries

→ Other

09 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)
10 - Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
11 - 8 rice crackers or round crackers (for serving, optional)

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly. Slice the pear lengthwise to form the lamb face base. Cut the green apples into thin wedges to create ears.
02 - Place the pear half on a large serving platter in the center to serve as the lamb's face.
03 - Arrange mozzarella balls closely around the pear to simulate fluffy wool surrounding the face.
04 - Position the green apple wedges on either side of the pear to shape the lamb’s ears.
05 - Use black olives to form the eyes and nose, slicing as needed for shape and size.
06 - Fill any gaps around the wool and base of the platter with blueberries and green and red grapes for color and volume.
07 - Use small dots of cream cheese to secure the black olives if necessary and optionally add a smiling mouth with cream cheese.
08 - Decorate the platter with fresh mint leaves for a vibrant, fresh appearance.
09 - Optionally drizzle honey lightly over the fruit and cheese for added sweetness.
10 - Serve immediately with rice or round crackers, or enjoy as is.
