Ingredients

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Bread Chicken:
Dredge chicken pieces in panko breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere. Arrange on prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake Bites:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F/74°C).
Mix Sauces:
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce and Sriracha (if using).
Make Mayo Dip:
In a separate small bowl, combine mayonnaise and 2 tbsp of the sweet chili mixture to create the dipping sauce.
Coat Chicken & Serve:
When chicken bites are done, toss with remaining sweet chili sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately with sweet chili mayo on the side.
