Save Soft, golden pizza rolls filled with creamy Alfredo sauce, sautéed spinach, and fragrant garlic—perfect as an appetizer, party snack, or a fun twist on pizza night.
The first time I made these Alfredo Garlic Spinach Pizza Rolls, everyone was amazed by the creamy filling and fragrant aroma. I love preparing these for casual get-togethers and watching them disappear within minutes.
Ingredients
- Dough: 1 pound (450 g) refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade), all-purpose flour for dusting
 - Alfredo Sauce: 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese, 1 clove garlic minced, salt and black pepper to taste
 - Filling: 2 cups (60 g) fresh spinach roughly chopped, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1 cup (115 g) shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
 - Topping: 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter, 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs or oregano

Instructions
- Prepare the Oven:
 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Make Alfredo Sauce:
 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
 - Sauté Spinach Filling:
 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted (about 2 minutes). Season lightly and let cool.
 - Roll Out Dough:
 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a 12x15-inch (30x38 cm) rectangle.
 - Spread Filling:
 - Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Scatter sautéed spinach evenly on top. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and red pepper flakes as desired.
 - Roll Dough:
 - Starting from one long side, tightly roll up dough into a log. Pinch seam to seal.
 - Cut and Arrange:
 - Slice the log into 12 equal pieces. Arrange rolls cut side up on prepared baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
 - Brush and Top:
 - Brush tops with melted butter. Sprinkle extra Parmesan and Italian herbs.
 - Bake:
 - Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
 - Serve:
 - Let cool slightly before serving.

Save This recipe became a family favorite during movie nights where everyone would grab their own warm pizza roll and settle in for the show. Even the kids love helping roll up the dough and sprinkle on the cheese.
