# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Place chicken breasts or thighs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
02 - Add white beans, black beans, onion, jalapeño, red bell pepper, garlic, chicken broth, diced green chilies, cumin, coriander, oregano, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently to combine.
03 - Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until the chicken is very tender.
04 - Remove chicken from the slow cooker, shred using two forks, then return shredded chicken to the pot.
05 - Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until fully melted and the mixture is creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
