01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced shallots and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden and crisp. Using tongs or a spatula, transfer shallots to a plate and set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, add the green beans and minced garlic. Cook, stirring regularly, for 5 to 7 minutes until the beans are tender yet still crisp.
03 - Add lemon juice to the skillet. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, tossing to coat all the beans evenly.
04 - Transfer green beans to a serving dish and top with reserved crispy shallots.
