02 - Dip each apple ring into the batter, ensuring full coverage and allowing excess batter to drip off.
03 - Lightly coat the air fryer basket with oil spray. Place the batter-dipped apple rings in a single layer inside the basket. Lightly spray the tops of the rings with additional oil.
04 - Air fry the apple rings at 350°F for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping the rings halfway through, until they are golden and puffed.
05 - Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. While the apple rings are still warm, toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated.
