01 - In a large pot, add dried pasta, crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, and minced garlic.
02 - Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer. Stir frequently and cook until pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 12 to 15 minutes.
03 - Add fresh spinach and nutritional yeast to the mixture. Stir well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until the spinach is wilted and the sauce is creamy.
04 - Taste and adjust with salt and pepper as needed. Serve hot.
