01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, blend ricotta cheese with dried Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
03 - Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce evenly over the bottom of the greased baking dish.
04 - Set half of the cheese ravioli in a single layer atop the sauce.
05 - Spoon and gently spread half of the ricotta filling over the ravioli.
06 - Top with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
07 - Pour 1 cup of marinara sauce over the cheese-topped layer.
08 - Repeat layering with remaining ravioli, followed by the rest of the ricotta filling, mozzarella, Parmesan, and remaining marinara sauce. Reserve a portion of mozzarella for the final topping.
09 - Sprinkle reserved mozzarella cheese evenly across the top.
10 - Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
11 - Remove foil and continue to bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the top becomes bubbly and golden brown.
12 - Allow lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped basil if desired.
