01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and baking powder until well combined.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth. Add the yogurt mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until the batter is just combined, being careful not to overmix.
03 - Preheat a nonstick griddle over medium heat. For each pancake, pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle. Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface and the edges look set, about 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
04 - Transfer pancakes to serving plates. Drizzle generously with honey and sprinkle with chopped walnuts before serving.
