01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a round baking dish or pie pan.
02 - Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and arrange half the pieces in the base of the prepared dish.
03 - Spoon half of the cranberry sauce over the dough pieces. Scatter half the brie cubes and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
04 - Layer remaining dough quarters, cranberry sauce, brie, and rosemary over the first layer.
05 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
