01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, salt, and granulated sugar until well blended.
02 - Add the warm water and olive oil. Stir with a spatula or wooden spoon until a sticky dough develops. Cover the bowl tightly and let the dough rest at room temperature for 2 hours, or until doubled in volume.
03 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Uncover the dough and divide it evenly into 12 pieces. Shape each portion into a smooth ball and arrange in a greased baking dish, spacing slightly apart.
04 - Transfer the baking dish to the oven and bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown on top. Remove from the oven and cool slightly before serving.
