01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Generously season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork tenderloin on all sides until well-browned, approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
03 - In a small bowl, thoroughly combine balsamic vinegar, cherry jam, minced garlic, and dried thyme.
04 - Pour the prepared glaze over the seared pork. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
05 - Allow the pork to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Drizzle pan glaze over the sliced pork before serving.
