03 - Place one apple wedge and one caramel candy at the wide end of each dough triangle.
04 - Roll up each triangle, securing the apple and caramel filling, and position seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Brush each bite with melted butter using a pastry brush.
06 - In a small bowl, combine light brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the bites.
07 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, until golden brown and caramel is visibly bubbling.
08 - Allow bites to cool slightly before serving, as the caramel filling will be hot.
