01 -  Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
 02 -  Lightly dust a work surface with flour. Roll the pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 12 x 10 inches. 
 03 -  Cut the dough into 8 even strips using a knife or pizza cutter. 
 04 -  Dry the pickle spears thoroughly with paper towels to avoid excess moisture. 
 05 -  Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly along each dough strip. 
 06 -  Place a pickle spear at one end of each dough strip, then season generously with Cajun seasoning and a dash of garlic powder. 
 07 -  Roll the dough tightly around each pickle spear and pinch the seams to seal completely. 
 08 -  Set wrapped pickles seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush sticks with melted butter, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and a little extra Cajun seasoning as desired. 
 09 -  Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and crisp. 
 10 -  Top with chopped parsley if preferred. Serve warm accompanied by ranch dressing for dipping.
