01 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef and cook, breaking up with a spatula, until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning with 1/4 cup water. Simmer until liquid is mostly absorbed.
02 - In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss gently until combined.
03 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds per side, or until warmed and flexible.
04 - Fill each tortilla with a portion of seasoned beef and top with fresh salsa. Serve immediately.
