01 - Toast the slices of whole grain bread until golden and crisp.
02 - Halve and pit the avocado, then scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth with a fork.
03 - Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.
04 - Layer thinly sliced radishes on top and finish with a generous sprinkle of fresh microgreens.
